Good value
Safe residential area near all the attractions in Asakusa. It’s so clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very well organized layout in typical small rooms in Japan. But you still get big flat TV. Front desk stuffs are very polite and well English speaking.
It’s still about 10 mins walk from Asakusa station to/from HND Airport or 7 mins walk from Ginza station. Might not too handy for a big shopping day.

Good
Walkable distance to Toyko skytree, and Senoji temple. It is about 10 minutes walk from the Asakura station. Very close to the shopping strip and full of choice of restaurant. Good valuable for a hotel stay.
It is a bit far to walk from Asakura Station either from exit 4 or exit 8. There is no elevator access. If you are carrying large luggage. It may not be a good choice. Our family of 4 were staying in a bulk beds room. The room has provided everything we need but not spacious enough. However, it is fully relevant to what we pay what we got.

Good choice for Tokyo
Excellent location near Senso-ji and approximately 12 min walk to Asakusa station. Very quiet hotel, almost no street noise. Comfy bed. Very good toiletries. Good water pressure in the shower. Very good WiFi signal. Small fridge and kettle in the room. Free hot drinks in the reception area available. Helpful and smiley staff.
Bed side table would be useful.
